I have downloaded and and configured "Anyconnect vpn client software" but I am having the problem connecting because the password that I received through my e-mail is not acceptable.

Hi Mohenyi,
Could you let me know the email address (or a portion of it) associated with the account you logged in and also the lab you reserved? I can take a look at your specific issue.
From the reservation window, there is button labeled Output. If you press this button a window will open that will also show you your VPN credentials. I recommend cutting and pasting the password. Additionally, the VPN session will only allow one user at a time. If you've shared the VPN credentials with others that may be logged in could also be the problem.
Thanks,
Craig

Hi Craig,
I have checked the "OUTPUT" window you spoke about, but it's just empty.
I reserved "Collaboration 11.5"
