Hello Cisco Support,
We are trying to test the Broadsoft IM&P service but we cannot find any mention of this service in our sandbox UI. We have already added all the services available to our user accounts. Login is ricky.chen-Grp1. We recall that in the previous Broadsoft server, there was a section to turn the service on or off and then under the User->Profile you could change the IM&P password. Please advise how to setup IM&P with the sandbox.
