Incorrect company shown in DevNet Sandbox

I'm using the DevNet Sandbox for the first time, but I noticed when I start to reserve an instance and go to the 'Permitted Users' field, my previous organization is listed (my Cisco account has been updated for several years with my new company/partner info).

 

I can't see any way to update this. I'm also not receiving any e-mails from the sandbox with the VPN credentials (using the output window for now), I suspect that this may need to be changed/updated as well.

Yes, we need to update your "primary" email in your sandbox profile. Please unicast your new email to us and we can update it for you.
