IOS XE on CSR Recommended Code Always On - Can't get into Enable mode

Connecting to sandbox-iosxe-recomm-1.cisco.com with username developer and password lastorangerestoreball8876. Logs in but then when I try to go into enable mode with the same password it says Access Denied.

I fixed it, try now - seem ok
