Hi,

This is the 1st time i've tried to use the sandbox environment for netconf.

Developers and network engineers access the IOS XE on CSR Recommended Code Always On Sandbox directly using the following information:

• CSR1000V Host: ios-xe-mgmt.cisco.com
  • SSH Port: 8181
  • NETCONF Port: 10000
  • RESTCONF Ports: 9443 (HTTPS)
• Username: developer
• Password: C1sco12345     
• This device does not seem to be 'live'?

Does anyone know why or am I doing something wrong?

Hello i test this using 12:00 PM Monday, April 26, 2021 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

ssh developer@ios-xe-mgmt.cisco.com -p 10000

This is up and working, it is worth keeping in mind this is an 'always-on' sandbox which makes it shared resources and other users might have been playing with this at the time you tried your first call.
