Is the "ACI Simulator AlwaysOn - V6" down for maintenance?

I've been getting HTTP 504 errors the last two days.

504 Gateway Time-out
Cisco APIC

504 Gateway Time-out
nginx/1.13.12

Any ideas?

There is a padlock symbol next to the sandbox title which would suggest it is locked for work or being rebuilt after misuse. But that is a guess.
