This happened to me with a sandbox and now with one of the fast labs. Trying to do a GET request for step 2 (https://developer.cisco.com/learning/lab/finesse-basic-user-rest-apis-with-xmpp-events/step/2) fails and the URL doesn't seem to resolve. Tried with a Windows VM and MacOS in multiple browsers.
By the way I am able toping abc.inc and hq-uccx03.abc.inc, but any http access is failing.

Update: Maybe it's not DNS but something to do with SSL. On one of the UCCX 12.5 sandboxes I was able to get to UCM, but not to UCCX and it complains about the certificate.

I'm 100% sure the issue is only with CCX 12.5 as the 11.6 sandbox works just fine and DNS resolves with no problem.
