Meraki Sandbox account locked

Trying to login to Meraki always on sand box but default username provided seems to be locked out,  Any idea what's sort of timer they have to reset it? Or how to get around this?

The account devnetmeraki@cisco.com is now unlocked.

The account seems to be locked again. Please can you fix this, thanks

Hi, I can't see how to add a device that I do not own? I can add networks but not devices? I'd like to practise
