Meraki Small Business and Enterprise Sandbox - Launch Grayed Out

This is my first time using Devnet Sandbox. After logging into Devnet Sandbox the "Meraki Small Business and Enterprise Sandbox" Launch is greyed/grayed out. I'm not sure if this is normal, it is to do with my login credentials or with the Sandbox itself.

Can someone confirm which?

@ColinK can be one of two things. The first the sandbox is offline for work or issues and this stops folks having a broken reservation or one which is half working. Second, all the reservations are currently booked, this means checking back later until a reservation is free.

The issue isnt on your side. Hope this helps.
