Missing Unified Contact Center Express 12.5 sandbox

Hello,

is there any info regarding missing UCCX 12.5 sandbox? I've used it two weeks ago and I think I saw it last week, but it's not visible in the sandboxes list now.

Hi dch,

Yes we retired the sandbox on 1st September. This decision was flagged in June.

Thanks for reply! Is there any possibility that UCCX will be supported again in future? PCCE is very similar to UCCX, but there were some differences and it was very "safe" to be able to run on both.
