Multiple VPN connection account to sandbox

I made a reservation for Collaboration 12.5 sandbox lab, and I would like to do test calls and listen for call events using multiple soft phones.

So can you please issue two additional accounts to test the same.

and also we would like to extend our sandbox setup for another 1 week.
Could you please extend my lap setup too.

And also after I reserve above lab setup, I am getting below error.

Yes, your VPN concurrent session is now set to 3.  Please use same credentials for all of them.
