my lab had started and i do not receive credentials email of it

Hi Mohammad,
I don’t see any reservation in your name. Can you tell me the email address associated with your reservation? Also, on the top right of the lab screen, does it say “With Error” or does it say the lab came up correctly. Lastly, can you let me know what lab you’re using.

Hi Mohammad,
We did identify an issue with the IOS XE on Catalyst 9000 lab. That lab has been taken offline while we resolve the problem. The ETA for resolution is June 8th.
