I have been waiting for an available slot for some time but now that the reservation is active I am unable to connect via VPN. The email never came with credentials and the following error is shown in the activity feed:
Error: Fatal Error Has Occurred Description: A fatal error has occurred. Environment Driver cannot continue. Parameters

VPN credentials can also be found by checking the "Output Window." Look for this button in your reservation:
This output button will toggle the output window open and closed. This window looks like a command terminal, and displays information about the sandbox automation, including VPN credentials once they've been generated.
