New Jabberbot Sandbox is ready - credentials for vpn do not allow connection - login failed

Have a new sandbox with an accompanying email. Credentials in there do not allow me to connect.

Is there an issue somewhere, I don't usually have any problems with this?

Oh, thew sandbox expired - sorry for the interruption!
