Not able to access any of the labs in SANDBOX getting error operation

Hi,
Does the catalog load ok for you? when exactly do you see this error? Please attach a screenshot

The first screenshot above happens from time to time. Please open the portal in an incognito tab to prevent this.
Is the second screenshot happening on all labs you click on or specific ones?

Tried incognito mode nothing happening after login. this is on chrome browser.

@kasun-silva in your two screen shots, you showed two images. The main platform landing page, and then operation has failed, which was from the main catalog page. Can you share a screen shot of your current issue?

You said in another thread you were able to access the main page, but could not reserve the CML lab? I did a quick test with Chome Version 122.0.6261.112 (Official Build) (arm64). I am logged in on the main developer page, click the sandbox which opens a new tab, then i selected a random sandbox, reserved and then ended that reservation. You should see this in the screen recording i made here, is your experience not like this?
