Hi,
I never receive emails containing the details for the Sandbox I reserved. Currently I have the DNAC sandbox reserved and just watching the time pass and not able to use the box.

Check the email detail provided are correct within your account. You can also get your VPN details via your reserved sandbox output tab. Hope this helps.
