Not Receiving VPN Credentials Email after Reserving Collaboration Sandbox 10.5 or 11

Hi,

I just reserved Collaraboration 10.5 sandbox and I'm not getting any emails regarding the

credentials needed to access it. 

Can I initiate the resending of that email?

Hi Russel,

Looking at the emails sent to you, the VPN credentials are sent to you. I sent a test message to your email address. can you confirm you received it ok?

Late in the afternoon yesterday, I received the emails that were sent when I was reserving the sandboxes.
