Hello,
I tried reserving the sandbox twice but still haven't received the email describing the vpn credentials and instructions. I did receive email telling me that the sandbox is ready. NOTE: I cannot see vpn credentials in the output window as well. userid: vikram.kshemkalyani

Hello,
Sorry for the difficulties you are having. If the output window does not have the user credentials then please kill the reservation and reserve again.
