Devnet learning labs - Unable to download openStack VM from

I am trying to download a VM for OpenStack  Lab , from "OpenStack on Your Laptop"  Devnet Learning Lab,  but unable to download  https://d2o93btovdifrf.cloudfront.net/ciscolive_kolla_mitaka.ova from https://developer.cisco.com/learning/lab/openstack-install/step/1

When I click download link , I get the following message:

https://d2o93btovdifrf.cloudfront.net/ciscolive_kolla_mitaka.ova

I am sure I am logged in with my CCO id, to DEVNET lab

Any idea where I can download this file OpenStack OVA file (ciscolive_kolla_mitaka.ova)? I see two other links are also referring to this OVA but I have not found an option to download this OVA. The other links are:
