hello,
Im trying to reserve a NX-OS lab on Devnet Sandbox,
But the mail I receive doesnt include the VPN connection details
does anyone know what might be the problem?

You get these for reservation based sandbox only, not always on sandbox. Even if you click the reserve button with the always on sandbox, this will not generate information as none is required.

Which sandbox are you attempting to use, is this the always on and reservation one?

With the always on you do not need a vpn. The reserve feature I am guessing is for future use on the sandbox. To use this open the NX-OS sandbox page and expand the right side to reveal the instructions. Here you will find the URL/domain name, username/password. You will also find a lots of open ports such as SSH, HTTP etc….
You can connect from any device or anywhere with the always on sandboxes as they are publicly available on the internet.
