Question about accessing the IOS XE on CSR Latest Code AlwaysOn lab

This is an Always-on lab and says no reservation is required. The instructions are below. I tried just putting in the URL in my browser (adding :8181 at the end, as I saw with my private VPN on another lab I scheduled). No go. I did the same in AnyConnect.

Do they also need to provide a URL that is loaded in AnyConnect (like they do for the scheduled labs)???  It seems they're missing some detail in the explanations.

Developers and network engineers access the IOS XE on CSR Latest Code Always On Sandbox directly using the following information:

CSR1000V Host: ios-xe-mgmt-latest.cisco.com
SSH Port: 8181
NETCONF Port: 10000
RESTCONF Ports: 9443 (HTTPS)
Username: developer

For the always on SBX you can only access the ports that are open these are detailed in the instruction per sandbox, for example you would connect like

(venv) STUACLAR-M-R6EU:~ stuaclar$ ssh developer@ios-xe-mgmt-latest.cisco.com -p 8181
Password:

Welcome to the DevNet Sandbox for CSR1000v and IOS XE

The following programmability features are already enabled:
  - NETCONF
  - RESTCONF

Thanks for stopping by.

csr1000v-1>en
Password:
csr1000v-1#

Hope that helps. :)
