"Access to this API has been disallowed" from MSO Swagger UI in Cisco ACI Multi-Site Orchestrator Devnet Sandbox

In the Cisco ACI Multi-Site Orchestrator Devnet Sandbox, we are trying to use the Swagger UI available under the Settings -> API Docs option in the Multi-Site Orchestrator. If we try and execute a GET /api/v1/sites, we get a Error 403 "Access to this API has been disallowed". Please see attached screen shots.

It seems silly to have a sandbox where the access to the API is not allowed. How can we get this enabled?

Thank you,

Good call. I logged out of all of the SE and MSO UIs and then logged back in directly to the MSO UI and Swagger is not working. Thanks!
