"OS XR Programmabilty - Always On" is Down

IOS XR Programmabilty - Always On is currently down. When using https://sandbox-iosxr-1.cisco.com/ it leaves a 502 error. RESTAPI or Netconf does not work along with pinging. This has been down for nearly a week, please anyone with the power to reset it ,do so, it be much appreciated.

From my understanding other threads there is some work taking place, but admin team would need to confirm this.
