Dear all,
Is it possible to record meetings (Meeting Center) in the Sandbox?
I'm asking because I have meetingRecord and attendeRecordMeeting set to true, but the option is (still) grayed out, even when I enter the meeting as host.
Am I missing something?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Kind regards
Thomas

Thomas,
I am moving your post to the DevNet Sandbox Community for feedback.
I hope this helps.

Hello Jacob,
Thanks for your support and sorry for the late answer, I was on vacation ...
I'm using the MeetingCenter in the Sandbox. Is this what you mean by lab? Sorry ...
Kind regards,
Thomas

If referring to the WebEx sandbox, then unfortunately recording is not enabled.
To develop and test against the full feature set, you will need to obtain a WebEx account and site through the usual WebEx sales/engagement process.

The Webex demo site accessed through the DevNet Sandbox is pretty limited in its capabilities - recording is not available. Signing up for a free Webex trial account may get you closer, though you may need to go head and purchase a subscription to get full API access.
