I reserved A Sandbox(ACI and Kubernetes) and was quite happily working my way through the Lab when suddenly my VPN died after a few hours. At first I thought I had a VPN issue but after inspecting my reservation in lab management I discovered that my reservation had expired and now say completed. VPN rights was revoked. I only had the reservation for about 4 hours is there any way I can re-activate this and continue with the lab. I really don't want to start again. Is this normal?
From the FAQ it says most reservations last for 7 days.
