Reserved a Sandbox, it is active but I didn't received VPN credentials

Below messages I see in Output window:

Looks like the sandbox did not set up correctly, cancel the reservation and grab a new one normally works.

Hello!

Tried to cancel and reschedule several times. It keeps throwing the same error. So, something seems to be fundamentally broken with this one.
