Hi
The email stating that the sandbox is ready is empty so there aren't any credentials provided. The lab information provided on the the sandbox web page states that the email should contain a password. Also the https://<yourusername>.webex.com website presents a DNS error but that could be that I'm missing steps that's provided in the email as it's blank.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
