Howdy,
Does anyone know a way to download/export the configurations I've performed on CUCM in Sandbox so that I can quickly get up and running the next time I start a session?

Have you tried backup/restore feature provided by page? https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/214626-configure-backup-and-restore-from-gui-in.html. You need to configure a TFTP server to store backup files.
