setup still not finished after more than two hours

I received an email over two hours ago saying "We Are Preparing Your Cisco DevNet Sandbox Lab." (Meraki Small Business.) The "Setup" button in the workspace started blinking, and soon it changed to "Setup will finish in less than a minute." Two hours later, it's still blinking saying "Setup will end shortly." (Also in this form, the Labels box at the right is always pre-filled with the text "DevNet Sandbox," which is an illegal value for the Labels field and raises an error.)

@njccnp would suggest to cancel the reservation and start a new one, sometimes sandbox get build errors - which this sounds like what has happened here.
