My sandbox environmet is gone to state "Terminate Failed" and I can not create new environment more than 8 hours.
I would like to now how to delete "Terminate Failed" environmet and create new environment, ASAP.
Assistance would be most helpful in resolving this issue.

It appears that there could be a problem with the ISE 3.1 P6 related to unidentified endpoints causing a spike in CPU usage. After the weekend, the status was chaned to Ended.
Waiting for time to pass is considered a solution.
However, it has not been confirmed if the reservation can be made or not.
