The limit for active environments has been reached

I've been trying for days at different times of the day now to access certain environments without success. I understand with the new platform there's no scheduler, but how are we meant to use the service if someone comes in and books it out for days at a time? Is there a plan on adding this as a feature in the future?

If the sandbox’s you are trying have CML in the backend there has been a few posts on CML resources being an issue since the move to the new sandbox platform which from reading the team plan on fixing in the new year with additional resources.

Hope this helps.

Oh, that's fair enough. I thought it was the case of people booking them up. Thank you!

It can happen, but there is a fair use policy, each sandbox might have a different max time, for example the CML sandbox shows as the following.

Default DurationMax DurationPermitted Extend

8 hours
5 d
2 hours

The IOS XE on Cat8kv, is longer

Default DurationMax DurationPermitted Extend

1 d 2 hours
4 d
2 hours

There is no scheduling anymore from what i read, which prevents users reserving ahead of time and grabbing blocks in advance.
