Sounds like an error in the build of the sandbox. Try and reserve another and see if this happens again, most of the time the error resolves itself.

before they made all these improvements it took about 10 minutes to get the lab, now it takes 40 minutes if it's successful. are these improvements?
you book 2 hours and 40 minutes away for the lab setup which two times out of three does not detect the spines and leaves

I am not sure what has led to the increase in spin up time in this sandbox, the Cisco team would need to advise on this. Please keep in mind this is a free service which the team runs and provides, running a big footprint like this takes a lot of doing and the move to a new platform will take a little time to smooth out the experience.

the idea of providing a free platform for new people to experiment with this technology is a top player but the implementation of the same from version 4 to version 6 has always gotten worse up to where we are now with spine and leaves that are not detected, a useless Tenant Heroes invention by Cisco that doesn't understand what it's for other than to occupy the ports if there isn't a guide on how to use it in fact or stopped using the sandbox as it's unusable but the most absurd thing is that cisco doesn't even test what it implements otherwise there would be at least half of the problems with it

I am not sure if you issue is with the ACI platform or the sandbox here. Is this just that the sandbox is spinning up with issues? Sandbox do go through a sign of to ensure they work as expected, after this automation brings a sandbox into service and the automated checks _should_ ensure this is build per design. I am not sure what guide you refer that you want or need here either?

As mentioned all of this has moved to a new platform and so teething issues are being seen right now. Do you have access to Cisco dCloud?

you can do some nice things on dcloud. I was only able to use it once in a lot of previous jobs. dcloud is on another level that few can access but its is reserved to Cisco Partner or Cisco Representative or Cisco employees
