Hi, I've been experiencing the "out of service" error since the last Friday, whenever I tried to open the Finesse Agent Desktop. My platform is UCCX 12.5 Sandbox. I've tried reserving a different instance of UCCX, but still getting the same issue. I've also tried "utils system restart" - didn't work as well. Is there any known issue going on? Is there any way to work around the issue?
I have ensured that I am connecting to the right VPN.
The full error message is "This Finesse Server is currently out of service. For more information, contact your administrator."
