I am using the UCCX 12.5 with Finesse Sandbox and have installed both Jabber and a SIP softphone on my PC.
The devices have registered via the VPN and I can make calls between them, the IVR and the other local Jabber clients on the Windows servers - however there is no audio at the remote end.
For example If I call into the UCCX queue on 6000 the call connects but I cannot hear the prompts.
Is this the expected behaviour our should there be 2 way audio over the VPN?
