Hello,
I created a sandbox and I connect to the vpn with sucess but something wrong with the dns:
on chrome I get: hq-uccx.abc.inc’s server DNS address could not be found.
>nslookup hq-uccx.abc.inc
Server: directory.abc.inc
Address: 10.10.20.100
*** directory.abc.inc can't find hq-uccx.abc.inc: Non-existent domain
EDIT:
I RDP'ed one of the servers and have the same error from inside it, should try make a new sandbox?
Thanks for the help

Solved the problem by adding "10.10.20.10 hq-uccx.abc.inc" to the hosts file, found the ip by trial and error

Hello Joao,
Apologies for our delayed response!
What you have done will work, however the best way to get DNS resolution working for all hosts is to set your primary DNS to 10.10.20.100 once connected to the VPN. Please give it a shot and let us know if it works for you.
Let us know if you've got any additional questions!
Thanks!
Jacob
