Unable to access my reserved lab

Hello, I am trying over and over to connect over anyconnect to my sandbox lab and I'm not connecting. I am not even getting a response back for bad password or anything like that. Please advise.

Hello @bigevilbeard Guy,

 

Sandbox name is: Unified Contact Center Express 11.5

 

No error, same situation as the one reported here, I try to access through VPN, and login fails with no additional error.

 

Included an image of the login attempt + Message History through the AnyConnect VPN version 4.7.04056.

 

Hello, I reserved the same sandbox and saw the same error. I reported this to the ENG team to look into.

Nothing yet, but my user I'm trying to connect via VPN is mbustanigm.
Probably, that´s why I cannot getting...

You might need to cancel this reservation and start a new one, this fails to connect again.
