Unable to Login to FMC Sandbox with provided user credentials.

Hello All! I reserved the FMC lab and was emailed the credentials to gain access to the api-explorer but no matter what I do and what browser I use(Chrome, Brave & Firefox) I'm not able to authenticate. On a chrome based browser when I try to access the link I'm prompted to provide credentials and after I do it simply prompts me again to provide credentials which to me means that the credentials aren't valid even though they were just emailed to me. This is the site I'm trying to access with the provided credentials, https://fmcrestapisandbox.cisco.com/api/api-explorer/

Any help would be appreciated!

This just happened to me as well. The credentials provided in the sandbox output are not working.

I would love to have this lab working, is there anyone we can contact to take a look at this? Thanks!

I am having same issue as above now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
