Unable to provision webex server

I am consistently unable to provision a webex server.  I tried both yesterday and today, and it failed all but one time when I tried.

I am getting the following error:  Provision_WebEx ended with status Failed with error: Unknown error. Please visit https://communities.cisco.com/community/developer/sandbox for support.

I made sure to use a mixed case password with no dictionary words, as other posts have mentioned.  Any idea why this is not working?

Hi there Neil,

Sorry you're having trouble with this lab. Could you send me a screenshot of exactly how you're entering in the data for the lab, I'll assume that the password is mixed case with non dictionary words and so on.
