EIGRP Hold timer question

I have a question about it, Why approximately 1 minute and 15 seconds of retrying the EIGRP neiborship will reset if the default hello and hold time is, Hello 5 second, Hold 15 Second. Should not it reset after 15 seconds??

The explanation give you hint 

There are two cases the eigrp is consider down

1-hello not received within 15 sec

2-any unicast update not received ot ack

Here you use acl and this acl deny unicast and allow multicast,

So the hello received but ack of updates not received. 

The unicast normallt re send for 16 time after that eigrp will reset connection with neighbors

Ok so if it normally re-send it 16 times, Can I modify that number??

Some of the default settings based on RFC and cisco made that to work, so you do not have some option to change.

Depends on the device and environments - timers can be tweaked for optimal outcome (but above guide explain you what is default)
