invalid power sense cisco 2960-X

Estimados, Podrian ayudarme a identificar este problema que me esta mostrando en el log de mi switch. envio los datos del equipo y logs:

el problema es que la camara poe que va conectado al puerto 1/0/1 se esta apagando y prendiendo automaticamente cada 2 minutos.  

 

 

Favor, espero me puedan ayudar a indentificar el problema. Si necesitan algun dato me avisan.

Hola por favor enviar los siguientes comandos:

 

show int Gi1/0/1

show power inline Gi1/0/1 det

si tienes cdp o lldp habilitado en la interfaz te voy a pedir que lo deshabilites, levantes y subas la interfaz.

como última alternativa también te voy a pedir que cambies el cable que conecta a la camara al switch.

como última alternativa también te voy a pedir que cambies el cable que conecta a la camara al switch.

Por otro lado... según la documentación de la cámara ¿cuanto consume? te recuerdo que tu modelo tiene la siguiente capacidad, y no tiene para brindar UPOE (60W).

Estimado por lo que pude revisar este es el detalle de tu log:

 

The power-monitoring voltage or current value is invalid. [chars] is the interface. The first [dec] is the power-monitoring cutoff value, the second [dec] is the real-time power consumption in mA, and the third [dec] is the real-time power consumption in mV.

 

Tomando en cuenta esto tus logs estan mostrando que la cama tiene un cutoff de 51,18 Watts, lo que se excede de los valores que puede proveer este switch, puede que se trate de algo netamente de este switch o es un problema de la cámara (porque por la información que me enviaste no llega a consumir mas de 24 W, ¿intentaste conectarla con otro cable finalmente? ¿intentaste conectarla a otro switch POE? ¿puedes colocar el puerto como default y conectarla así?

 Hola Diana, Mira he realizado los siguiente: 

 

  • Se apagó y prendió el puerto.
  • Se reinició el switch.
  • Se mandó por default el puerto.
  • Se deshabilito el cdp y lldp en la interfaz y de manera global.
  • Se identificó que no hay errores físicos ni lógicos en el puerto.
  • Se cambió de cable.
  • Se trasladó la cámara hacia otro switch y funcionó automáticamente no mostrando los logs enviados del switch reportado.
  • Se intercambió el puerto de la cámara reportada en el mismo switch a un puerto de una cámara que no tenía problemas y  la cámara reportada dejó de presentar la intermitencia, pero la otra cámara que si funcionaba  volvió con los síntomas de intermitencia (descartando problema de la camara)
  • Gi1/0/10  auto   on         15.4    Ieee PD             3     30.0  (camara cambiada a otro puerto se ve que negocia y no presenta los errores mencionados)

Segun los datasheets el modelo no deberia de sobrepasar los 18W.

ya no sé que mas realizar. Aparentemente es un tema del puerto por los ultimos descartes mencionados.

Si el mismo puerto te falló con cámaras distintas entonces mi recomendación es que abras un caso en el TAC por falla de hardware.
