iCloud backup without third party restore on

I am upgrading to a new iPhone. The old iPhone has duo mobile for a third party account and does not have third party backup on. 

When I backup to the new device, what do I need to setup duo mobile and get access back. What will duo mobile be asking and the third party app (Instagram). 

When I do this will the old iPhone duo mobile continue to work for the third party account?

You need to enable third-party backup in Duo Mobile on your old phone with a password and make sure a new iCloud backup that contains iCloud keychain data has been created after enabling the third-party backup option it if you want to restore the third account to your new phone. Then when you restore your iCloud backup to the new phone it will have the third-party account info. You will need to enter the password you set on your old phone when you enabled the backup setting.
