Hello

We have ESA C190 just configured there is default user admin we want to add another

local user but I am following passphrase criteria but still I am getting this error

also I have try to select passphrase of your choice but it is showing grey I cannot type

how should I can add another user to ESA the current version of OS is 11.0.0-274

The "Confirm your passphrase to make changes" needs to be the password for your existing admin account which was used to login to the device.

If the passphrase boxes remain greyed out after using the existing admin password, you may want to try a different web browser.
