AMP File Scan Turnaround.

Are there any SLA's around how long the AMP feature takes to scan an attachment?

Hello Shawn,

Last I heard, we do not provide any SLA's for AMP (File Analysis) turnaround. Aside from that, the general time is roughly 5-15 minutes depending on the current load on the Threatgrid servers. This would also not be taking into account any maintenance/outages/ETC.
