Hi Team,
We have enabled AMP on ESA appliance but at the time of configuration of File Analysis and reputation page doesn't open and gives a error of page cannot be displayed. Clearing the cache, change of browser but still the issue persists.
Kindly help ASAP.

I would suspect this error is as a result of the below defect

You would need to confirm connectivity to the cloud servers as per the below article.

telnet cloud-sa.amp.sourcefire.com 32137
In order to use port 443 for file reputation please use command "ampconfig" -> "advanced".
Once traffic is allowed to the file analysis server "panacea.threatgrid.com" you should be able to access the configuration through the WebUI.
