AsyncOS 11.1: Actions for Unscannable Messages due to Extraction Failures

Hello,

version 11.1 introduced handling for mails with extraction failures on the attachment part. Is there information about why this is happening? is this a problem with the attachment itself or somehow with an internal engine? overcapacity?

Might be both at the moment.
