Does dash "-" have special meaning in Ironport black listing domains?  (Hat Overview => Sendergroup (blacklist) ) ?

Such as i put in   " .bad-email.com".    Will the dash email cause issues or it will match that domain exact?

Thanks.

Hi,

The entries in HAT sendergroup match the sending server IP/FQDN. Domain is only checked after HAT using message filters, incoming/outgoing mail policies etc.

The hyphen "-" should not cause any issues with matching the hostname of the sending server.

Thanks.  I would assume that it's not using regex in adding domain name.

I do not think HAT supports regex currently.
