When a recipient receives an encrypted email from me via our c350 and replies I have to be registered and enter a password to decrypt the reply. Does anyone know of a way that the user (me) who generated the encrypted email will receive the reply in clear?
Thanks

Customers who do not wish to receive their Secure Replies in Registered Envelopes, can receive secure replies over TLS. Go ahead and open a support ticket with Ironport customer support. Your domain can be added to the appropriate section of the hosted key server config so that secure replies to recipients in your domain are sent out over TLS.

If your system is provisionsed for the Cisco Registered Envelope Service and you have a TLS certificate installed on your C350 Customer Support can work with you to get your replies sent back via TLS connection.
