I tried to revert an OS upgrade and now I can't access my c160. When attempting to connect via the serial console, I get prompted for credentials, then the following
then prompted for credentials and the cycle repeats. How do I break the cycle?
Not sure if you had a screenshot there or not, posting seems a little incomplete. With reverting issues on the appliance - it would probably be best to open a support case and work directly with us on the issue.
