CISCO account that doesn't match my Cisco Networking Academy account

unable to login to Net Academy using cisco account. When i attempt to create an account it says that the email account already exists.

Since this support forum section is specific to Cisco Email Security Solutions, I would recommend reviewing support options for Net Academy.

If anyone is receiving this message, I dunno why this happens, but you can turn around it by going to this course and sign up for it:
https://www.netacad.com/courses/iot/introduction-iot#anchor
By doind this you'll be creating a NetAcad account directly.
You should see options like this when you select the language, if english ask you to go to another page, select another language, for me Brazilian Portuguese worked.
It is horrible to have to be doing things like this, but at least you may get what you wanted after creating the account...
