The impact is just incorrect wording in a certification expiration alert notification:
When a non-CA certificate expires, (ie just a normal/identity certificate), the email notification is incorrectly telling you to delete unused custom CA certificates instead of telling you to renew/mitigate the recently expired certificate.
This may confuse some users who might focus on what the alert notification says.
